How we work
Honest partials, never fabricated success
When the agent runs out of budget or evidence, it says so. A system that lies about completion cannot be trusted with anything consequential, so ours reports incomplete work honestly.
Memory must be provable
An agent's claim about the past should be checkable, not taken on faith. Merkle roots over append-only journals make recollection an auditable artifact.
Consequence gets a receipt
Reversible conversation can be fluid. Consequential actions involving money, signatures, or irreversible state pass through a compiler and come back signed, attested, and replayable.
Publish the failures too
Our research division measures the alignment tax, benchmark games, and the reproducibility crisis, including in our own systems. A lab that only publishes victories is marketing.
